Matilda was born last August, but the photo was taken at the weekend when she had her Naming Ceremony (a non-religious sort-of christening). I know she looks younger than 10 months, but that’s because her hair is very short, fine and fair, so she looks bald. She’s not far off walking on her own, and is a bundle of fun.

When I first saw her, she was a few weeks old and very much into the crying at everything stage. At Christmas she was better company, but now she’s got her own personality and knows people, it was a very good time to officially welcome her to her family and friends.
